MODERN MUSIC EVENTS

Modern Music Sound Service has done sound and lighting for a vast variety of events throughout Mendocino County. To the right are 3 slidehows: DJ Hal at his wild and crazy best in various events, including party scenes with photos at actual events taken by Hal & Rosie, his partner/wife, and produced by WE (Wagenet Enterprises). Directly below is the Annual Howard Hospital Tent Event with over a thousand people in attendance. All of the special lighting and sound which included an auctioneer, a full orchestra, lighting for cooking area & bathrooms, since the event took place in the middle of a field where the hospital is to be built. A very complicated show requiring expert technical skills.

Directly above the "Black & White Ball" at Willits High School complete with fog machine. To the left are two photos from Mendo-A-Go-Go 2007 in Boonville, CA. It was a fabulous show featuring a variety of acts. The top photo is a collage of the different acts which included a high wire performance who sang opera while she did acrobatics. Hal is in the foreground and was responsible for all the great sound and lighting. The picture to the left is also from Mendo-A-Go-Go. The hot air balloon was a great addition to the show. Hal and his son, Wheeler take care of the sound and lighting.

Below is Willits Frontier Rodeo which is the longest running rodeo in California. Modern Music provides the PA for all events, including the Frontier Day's Barbeque where they announce the Rodeo Queen.

Willits First Annual Truck Pull held in the Willits Frontier Days stadium was wildly successful. There is a Second Annual Truck Pull scheduled for 2010.

Above picture, children dancing at the 2nd Annual Holiday Dinner & Dance 2007 benefit by Kiwanis Club of Willits. Below the 13 Hip Hop Dance Troupe from Willits Charter School perform to delight the crowd. Modern Music Sound did the lighting and sound for this worthy event.

The latest WE production to the left. BAM Benefit: Brandon Allen Moore, a 25 year old Willits resident survived neuroblastoma as a baby now has Acute Respiratory Distress syndrome (ARDS). He has a paralyzed diaphragm and fibrosis of the lungs. His condition is terminal.
This was a benefit to help offset the enormous financial burden of the family.
